Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns

Due to the nature of beauty and skincare tools, we can only accept unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working properly, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace your item at no cost.
