Can I return my order?

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Used beauty tools are not eligible for return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Send photos and your order number to glowup@mestare.com within 48 hours. We will replace it.

Are your tools safe for all skin types?

Most tools are suitable for all skin types, but results vary. If you have sensitive skin or medical concerns, consult a dermatologist before use. You should know and understand your skin on the Fitzpatrick scale before attempting any DIY skincare.
